Storage Star is a great experience. Due to landing a promotion in TX, I was given a week to move from Cheyenne, WY to Dallas, TX. They answered their phone the evening before Thanksgiving. The customer service over the phone was awesome. The gentleman answered all of my questions. They were opened on Black Friday and Samantha, the manager, was walking the property when we arrived. We called the number on the door and she came back immediately. She got us signed up and got us the web special price. She got us our lock and our unit, gave us so much information and the property is SO CLEAN!! And SPACIOUS. I absolutely recommend storing your belongings here.
