everything seems good so far. customer service, the facility, and pricing seems to be good. The one thing i take issue with is price hikes. i was told that price hikes will take place every 6 months at market value. this makes me very nervous when just moving into a new facility. the last storage unit i had was modest in their price increases. i hate unpredictability, it makes me feel anxious, trapped, and taken advantage of. plus, 2x a year seems excessive.Full Review

I booked a 10*10 storage online, and then moved things here the day before the Christmas Eve. The storage is a little smaller than I ecpected, but luckily everything went well, the office staff was very friendly and helpful.The price is also good with first month free, additional insurance fee is required but $10/per month is acceptable. Limited hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm - they will literally lock you in if you are 1 minute over, and threaten you, even though there is someone who lives there on site.
All bathrooms are locked; you have to go to the front office if you are working in your storage and need to go.
They raise your price without warning, claiming "market price" but when the market price goes down they will not lower it. So the longer you stay the more you pay. Wouldn't you think that loyal customers should get a break?Full Review

I recently rented a 10x10 ground floor unit from here. I didnât realize it until after I had unloaded all of my stuff into my unit that the ceiling of my unit had no ceiling. It is completely open and not secure. There is a small storage unit located directly above my unit that allows full access to the above space over my storage unit. In fact, every 10x10 ground floor unit has the same defect, which is open for anyone using the facilities push ladder to remove items from the 10x10 ground floor units by just climbing on top of the smaller storage units and reaching into the ground floor units and taking whatever they want.Full Review
The storage itself looks fancy and fine. But the rules there are disgusting!! So when you sign the agreement, they put down that you can use either disc lock or cylinder lock. So the night when we moved in, I spent hours to find a disc lock around with my crying kids. Immediately, second day, the people working there told us, we have to use cylinder lock!!! Because the different site is using different rules!! Won't you think that they should put this down in the agreement? Or they just want to make more money by selling cylinder locks? And if you don't put cylinder lock on, they will keep calling you and texting you when you at work!! When I argued with them according to the agreement I signed, they just said "I don't make the rules". This is the first time and will be the last time that I have business with them!!Full Review
