Perfect proximity for my storage. Alana, who manages that location was always super helpful and very polite, nicest public storage employee I’ve experienced over the years. She explained everything clearly at move in, and even called me to remind me of the move out protocol ! That’s great service thanks!

Public storage has been a great experience for my family and I.

This location in specific has been really helpful with not only information but helping out in serious situations during this Pandemic. Michelle, which is the main customer service representative, has done everything possible to help for my late fee's since I've been jobless and she even has gotten beyond to give out resources to help my situation. She's a great asset in the business, with a beautiful personality! Made me super comfortable to choose Public Storage in Capitol, San Jose.
