I donât even know if the police were called because l was not aware of what had happened for almost a month. I went to the storage to find l could not get in. They had put a lock on it as the lock l had was cut off by the thieves. Supposedly mine and the one next to me were the ONLY two units broken into. I donât know what was taken from his but they spent quite awhile in mine because EVERY box and bin was gone thru and what was not taken was scattered on the ground.
The management did not even offer a free months rent a discount but they gave me a new lock. Woo goo. Then, my rent has increased from $110 to $160.

I am not very happy with your storage unit the lady in the office lied to me and I called and left a bunch of messages for them and the lady said she mailed me notice's and I have never gotten nothing and she said she sent them and plus I called and gave someone my change of phone number and address and never got nothing in the mail I would have paid my bill on feb 3rd if I would have known the late fees but they never told me about all the late fees and I have someone that will say that they didn't tell me about all the late fees can someone please call me at 385-296-4737Full Review

We found this facility through sparefoot.com. When we reserved the unit, they were offering an online discount of 15% off and first month free. When we called call center to reserve, we were informed we could use promotion price as well as 15% off student discount (total of 30% off normal price). When we were called to verify our reservation, the lady said we couldn't use both discounts. She then said she would contact her area manager (who is her husband) about doing both discounts. He as well said no. We felt unfairly treated and lied to.Full Review

Price increase about every 9-10 months .The entry gate don`t work all the time it either opens and stays open or works normal . I had a unit there once and got out of it about 6 months .Then they tried to get me to pay for months after I was out of there .
