We had a good experience using the storage facility, a few times the doors had trouble working. When came time to clear out I was told in 2 different conversations it was fine for us to move out a certain date then got a call asking why we were not moved out yet prior to the agreed upon date. We were told we had to get stuff out that date or pay a late fee. So my thoughts now are that the facility is nice a clean but that some staff are more helpful than others and maybe communication is lacking some.

Altogether best experience I’ve ever had with a storage unit. The ladies at the front were super helpful and every car I made they were very attentive. If you need somewhere to store things, this is the place to go.

Kelly has been absolutely extraordinary! I would highly recommend using this location for your storage because of her. Additionally, the property is clean and well maintained, it has been affordable and easy to access, and they have great customer service and systems in place.

Walked in paid and walked out with what I wanted. Very fair price, no up sales pressure. Kelly was my customer service agent and made it very quick, I love it when a plan comes together!!

Part two of the storage saga, so we have moved into another extra space unit ran by Kelly Lane , very generous as well as helpful, her location was super clean and I know it's just a storage but appeared to be very well taken care of. We are very very thankful for all of your help. !!!!!
