There are have been few times in my life where I'm taken aback by the level of service a business provides. My experience with Dee at Public Storage is one of them. I have never been treated with such respect, kindness, professionalism, and the desire to please as I did with Dee. She made me feel like I was a family member; that I was appreciated. Despite showing up late in the day, (and late for my appointment) never was I felt rushed or that her shift was over and wanted to go home. My being there, and my satisfaction, was her top priority. She took the time to show me alternative storage units that fit my needs better than the original space picked. Again, this was late in the day on a weekend when most employees would have been thinking about nothing but leaving. Not Dee. I can't emphasize how much she cared about my satisfaction, all my questions were thoroughly answered, and that I was completely satisfied. She is a true asset to this company. I can only dream that all my employees were like her. Congratulations to Public Storage for hiring a true Superstar!Full Review

I moved to Central Storage because they had better rates and a unit in the size I needed. The place I moved from has been undergoing a renovation for over 6 months! so it was often hard to get in and out of and their rates went up as well...undoubtedly to pay for their upgrades. Not the best way to reward clients who have suffered through their construction process. The things inside my unit were coated in thick dirt because of their remodeling-just ugh. Central is actually closer to my home, has a very friendly and helpful staff, is clean, and the rates are competitive.Full Review

All my stuff would not fit in the original storage unit I purchased from another company. I didn't realize until too late what a horrible location/area my storage unit was in. I had to get extra storage unit for the rest of my stuff so I got one from this location. The grounds are landscaped very nice and kept up nicely. It is away from shopping centers and places so there are no people hanging around in the neighborhood that look as though they might be looking for trouble (like the first unit I ended up with). It was so refreshing and comforting to go put stuff in this unit after the experience at my last unit. I felt completely safe at the storage facility and surrounding area.
The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was very comforting knowing my stuff would be safe here, and also feeling safe myself while I was here unloading my vehicle.Full Review

Found this property exceptional to other properties I viewed. Site is secure and kept very clean. Only exception I had was having to purchase their lock system. I was told the lock I had could not be used. After purchasing their lock for $19.00 I noticed where my space was located there were at least 8 locks in the same area as the one I had originally purchased. I was told they would not work but they obviously are. Do not buy their lock unless you plan on using other storage units. It is not useful for many other things.Full Review

Only thing that is a challenge is car dock isn't wide enough to move around other cars that are parked while loading and unloading.
They need to designate a parking and passing lane, but you still may be parked in front of someone's unit, which they can't access until you leave.Full Review
