Upgraded my unit to a larger one and aliasha went through the whole process with got my new lock and I was off and running very quickly. She showed me the app for access the door. It all worked perfectly. She is awesome. This place is clean and very nice. She says hi when I come through with storage. It’s great.

The space is very clean and well kept, and the front desk folks were so helpful. We had to coordinate a U-Pack pods delivery, and they helped us instruct the driver on where best to park based on our storage location. Plus, they gave us grace on when the storage packs were picked up, since they were delivered around the holidays (they normally only give you 24 hours). Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for extra storage!

I called at the last minute to check on space availability. The agent was very pleasant and efficient and found a unit close to my other units. Our transaction took less than 10 minutes, and I had my movers on the way to unload. Great customer service!
