He really went above and beyond to help me choose the right unit and complete all the paperwork, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. The move‑in process was quick and smooth, and I feel confident that my belongings are in a safe and well‑maintained place. Was looking for a legitimate, low cost, but safe & secure storage area to store my items. This place is awesome, good hours, clean facility. Friendly staff. My main contact since the beginning has been Jose and he’s been super communicative and great. Today I got help from Francisco with my unit. They are quick and do an awesome job. Totally recommend this place !!

The Northridge (Eddy St.) location is clean, safe and has easy drive up access. From time to time I need to store large boxes of production supplies, costumes and props. The cube trucks we use can easily park right next to the storage space and load/unload. Also the staff, specifically Jose and Francisco, are very helpful and courteous and make it easy to deal with any administrative issue that could come up. I highly recommend this place.

Jose and Francisco have been really amazing since I moved in. They were very helpful from moving in and then dealing with some small issues with my storage unit. I needed another one temporarily and they got me the best deal. I always see them driving around maintaining the property. That makes me feel good about the storage security

I rented a unit last week, and so far I’ve had a great experience. The access is very easy, and getting in and out is quick and hassle-free. The staff has also been very helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place for its convenience and great service.
