Imani is tops, in terms of following up, explaining the process, and on-site management. We downsized and moved across country from east to west this past January, and rented a storage unit in the desert, where we were thinking of moving. Decided on LA instead, and so begins our transition. As compared to our desert digs, Extra Storage is a dream. Well run, seamless on-site access, secure, and friendly. Imani runs the show, and is A+++ at her job. When your "worldly goods" are entrusted to a facility like this, it is flat out REASSURING to have a point person like Imani to deal with. Could not be more impressed and pleased.

I have a fairly big storage unit I have had some misfortune and had to store my stuff right now and they have worked with me. I was with this place when it was Storage Etc but Extra Space is a cut above a lot of places. They have taken over quite a bit of other storages that probably haven't made it because of their policies. I appreciate them they keep everything nice there and they worked with me on the price because I'm older and this is a tough time. They have great hours and communicate well. The building is really secure the way they have it set up. There are cameras outside and inside. I have appreciated that they care about their tenants.

I like to start off with saying that this is a clean and well kept storage located right on Topanga Canyon. Imani the Store Manager is friendly and welcoming. If you’re on a budget and they have availability they are a great place for the location. Also they are willing to work with you or negotiate, so give them a try if you’re looking for a storage. The facility is always very clean and as a young woman, I feel very safe with the level of security and coded access of the entire building. Both Imani and other front desk gentleman, whose name escapes me, have been very helpful and accommodating through the years that I’ve been renting a unit here. Moving out was quite the process for me and I deeply appreciated their help with any trash, furniture dolly’s, & clean restrooms on site. Thanks!

My boyfriend and I really needed somewhere to store our belongings and we're driving by eayra space storage on Topanga and decided to stop in and check the prices. The employee who helped us Imani was very helpful and nice. She made everything very easy and simple for us and we are very happy with our choice. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a storage and definitely look for Imani she is great!
