I truly can’t say enough good things about this storage facility, especially the property manager, Carlos Garcia. From the very first phone call, Carlos gave me the best quote and took the time to explain everything clearly. When I came in person, he was just as kind, patient, and understanding, and truly went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful time. Carlos treated me with genuine care and respect, not like just another customer. You can tell he truly cares about people and wants to help, which made a huge difference for me. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, very accessible, and feels safe, which gave me peace of mind during a difficult transition. I’m incredibly grateful for the support and compassion I received here. I traveled from New York to Los Angeles for purchasing, and I rented a unit at this self-storage facility. The entire experience was smooth and efficient, largely thanks to a staff member named Michelle. Michelle was extremely kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and assisted me throughout the rental process, which made it quick and stress-free. Her help was truly appreciated, especially since I was coming from out of state. Because of her excellent service, I was able to complete the storage rental smoothly and without any issues. If I need to rent a storage unit again in the future, I will definitely choose this location again.

Highly recommend. The property manager at Fort Self Storage was super helpful and easy to work with. There was a small road bump during my move-in process, but he handled it with professionalism, and made sure everything worked out smoothly . Really appreciate how cool and accommodating he was. Definitely recommend asking for Carlos if you stop by.
