Daniel at the Huntington location is the most helpful and caring manager I have ever met. Whatever the issues may be, he approaches them with a calm sensitivity and understanding. This is my second year at this location, and I have recommended it highly to many friends, mainly because of Daniel Villa and the clean, friendly and professional environment he keeps.

This public storage facility is exceptional!!! There is convenient parking, it’s extremely clean, very organized, well-lit, and safe. The staff which includes Daniel, Claudia, and Randy are so professional, knowledgeable, as well as helpful, and nice. Just a great team and they really make the place shine. Hours are also very accommodating. If you are looking for a storage space, this is your go-to recommendation. You will truly not be disappointed.

Did not go as expected I understand there is a lease and there is month to month pay but as a first timer purchasing a storage I lowkey feel scammed. On the app it states schedule a move out date correct I scheduled to move out date then I will still charge the next month for almost $80. I called to get my refund back but no refund was given because you need to take off the lock and go into the office in person and let them know you’re leaving the storage but the catch is that when I called they said that they were contacting me to go over this and I never was contacted so I thought you know well maybe it was my first time they can give me a refund. But no refund was given, Make sure you read your lease or that there are people who actually do their job there and have time to explain to their customers who pay every month because they’re quick to call when you don’t have your money paid, but not to explain how to keep your money saved. & the fruity guy in the front cut my lock without my consent or a call to notify me so I lost about 100 $$ at this storage. Forsure other locations are way better.

I highly recommend this location. I say this because Daniel was such a great help. Every question we had, he was able to answer and had excellent communication and service. This location is very clean and very nice. Would definitely recommend thank you once again!!
