Lorena is the best employee, she was extremely helpful when helping rent a storage unit last month she showed me several options to get a better idea of what size I actually needed. She is super friendly and has patience when asking a million questions. I only like working with her if I need to speak to anyone cause other staff can be very rude, I have rented a unit for over 5 years and had to recently upgrade, so I have delt with different staff including the manager who is extremely rude. So ask for Lorena for the best customer service. I gave 4 stars cause the other staff are rude & there are no lights in the units so I keep a lantern in mine cause it can be dark.

Moving is never fun but Lorena who was at the counter was great! She helped me with all my questions and made the process simple. I appreciate the quickness it took to sign up and leave with a storage unit today. Place was also clean and location was easy to get to.

My experience at Storquest Storage was really great to be honest. Veronica was very helpful throughout my storage selection process. She even let me know about the deal that they have for the first two months. Come on now 50% off for your first two months you can’t beat that. They even have the push carts to make it easier with maneuvering your belongings. This place is even close next door to the dodger stadium. GO DODGERS!!!!!!
