From the moment you interact with him, you notice his kindness and genuine care for people. He treats every customer with respect and patience, and he always makes you feel like you matter. What impresses me most is how much pride he takes in the property. The facility is always clean, organized, and well-maintained, and you can tell Judah is constantly checking on things, observing, and making sure everything is running smoothly. He doesn’t just do his job — he goes above and beyond. Any time I’ve needed help, Judah has been ready to serve with a great attitude and a willingness to assist. Employees like him are rare. He represents Smart Stop Storage with excellence, professionalism, and heart. Smart Stop is fortunate to have someone like Judah Munoz on their team.

Delightful customer service from the front desk manager Juda 👏 I ordered a unit online super easy . I was stuck in traffic about 5mins away and the site was closing already in about 2mins to spare, we gave the office a call and let them know our situation with bay area traffic and he was understanding kind enough to let us know he will be able to assist us once we arrived and appreciated him going through the lease informing us of how the lock and gate security system works. Juda was very helpful and knowledgeable. 5 star 🌟!

I recently rated this storage place at two stars because of an increase to my unit within a short span of time. The manager Jonathan, reached out to me personally to help resolve my complaint. As a loyal customer for years, I appreciated his dedication in solving the matter. It’s not often I write a review and get an immediate response from management. He truly cares about his clients and I’m glad I was able to keep my unit.
