Nicole has been very helpful at the front desk whether I call into her or have visited in person. She has been patient and kindly made a correction to my rental agreement due to an incorrect address. She sent me the paperwork multiple times because it kept going to my spam and somehow I wouldn't see it in a different email. Altogether every time I called and she was friendly over the phone and I look forward to continuing to be a tenant with this company. I do recommend their services!

I wish I could give zero stars! I got this storage 3 years ago. They just sold. I started paying 165 with the old owners. New owners come in and it’s 195. I get a letter saying it’s going to go up to 275. I log in to pay and it’s 295. I need to find a cheaper place. Their excuse they are doing alot of upgrades and fixing alot of things. Run DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

After reading the reviews I think many of us were under the impression it was for Zavalas My experience with them was wonderful been wonderful it’s a great experience to feel that my most important treasure my children baby clothing drawings their cap and gowns from high school and college are safe and I never need to worry. Never had no problems with automatic payments ever in over 17 years I believe it’s been I found out with a lien letter from trunk space that they were the new owners and unfortunately my experience hasn’t been a wonderful one

Very good customer service, good communication throughout the process of showing me the units. Would highly recommend this business for storage unit services.
