I visited to rent a Uhaul truck at the last minute after another local place double rented the truck I had reserved. I had the truck I needed within 15 minutes, no hassle. They were courteous and quick. I would (and probably will) rent a truck from them again.

Just an awful experience... this is the only storage place who doesn’t offer or have restrooms to their customers to use. I was there for couple of days to clean up my storage. We have been a customer for years, years even before the new people who’s running the place now. I was cleaning up my storage all day and had to use the restroom. I asked the lady if I can use their restroom she told me that they don’t have one and that I should go to 7 Eleven to use the restroom. I thought that that crazy... if they don’t have one, where does she go to use the restroom.

My storage payment is on the 27th I have had this unit for 1 month I will be moving out come the 1st and they’re still charging the full payment they’re not even willing to put someone of the payment towards the price of the U-Haul that’s ridiculous in my opinion I have been a loyal customer to them everytime I needed a unit always pay on time and this is a inconvenience and a waste of my money for a unit I won’t even use the full month .
