Pretty good. I was shown a unit, and asked to sign up online to get the full discounts. When I did that, I went back to get my unit and was shown a "dual" unit (two small units combined into one larger one). I felt as if I had been bait and switched. The person there helped me and resolved my issue, but it did end up costing me more than what I was expecting / promised. Please be careful that you don't make people feel like they have been tricked. I would have went elsewhere if it were not for the person who helped me.Full Review

Sandi was very cordial and accomodating. She gave me all the information I needed and even helped me choose a unit. Paperwork was quick and I got the discount. Even when I had to change my move-in date, everything was ready for the appointment. Security and cleanliness is superb!Full Review

Customer service, cleanliness of the unit, location to my house and within the complex - all great! Text and email communication prior to moving and after have been good and not too extensive; it took about 15 minutes to check in, grab my keys, etc. I give it a 4/5 stars because the insurance coverage is too low and the monthly price is high (but possibly comparable). When I rented the unit, I asked for recommendations for mover and they gave me 2 names that have worked well with them. Both were very responsive when I called for quotes. The unit was ready and clean before I arrived, with the new lock already inside the unit ready to be opened. I was taken to the unit and given advice on the best ways to access the unit if I was in a car or if I had a large truck. I was also shown the free 4-wheel carts and told how to get the keys for them if I needed them. Couldn't be any smoother.Full Review

I've rented various units at this location consistently for over 30 years - so, obviously, I must like it. And my most recent experience (just last week) was a huge blessing; long story, but basically I needed to downsize my space due to cost, and was able to move into a more appropriately sized and priced unit immediately. The people who manage the facility, Deanna and Steve, are very friendly and helpful, and they've been willing to accommodate whatever needs I may have had within reason. So, my only reservation is the fact that the prices have increased considerably over the past few years, and it appears that they'll continue to do so. Consequently, I'm worried that I'll eventually be priced out of the facility altogether, and have an incredibly huge job ahead in trying to move everything to a completely different (and affordable for me) location. I'm hoping that doesn't happen, though, because I do, very much, like my new space. And I'll stay there as long as I can. I hope this helps.Full Review

Moving Mom temporarily (or not?) to Skilled Nursing from Independent Living. It was a very stressful situation all around to move her stuff to a 10x10 space.
