The manager John, is a great guy and very helpful with/to the renters. I had been ill and in the hospital then nursing home for six months. When I picked up my RV it was parked in an easy in and out spot. There was no damage, it hadn’t been broken into, and he stayed past closing to help me get hitched up. As for Prime, I thought the $120 Mo rent was high for 26’ of outdoor space. However it is what it is. At the end of March, they decided to increase their rate by 30% giving approximately 7 days notice then tried to charge me prior to the first of the month. I had to call my bank and put a Stop Payment on their automated withdrawal from my account. In the end of ends, it all worked out and my RV was safely stored for the winter. Again, the manager, a good man, made the experience as easy and pleasant as possible.

the initial process was great, I got a good price on a 10x10 unit. planned on keeping the unit for a year, but after 3 month i got a notice that the price was going from $97 to $172 due to market demand. i was encouraged to contact them to see is what they could be done for me. i called and sure enough, they could give me a new price of $123 per month. now most people would take the deal but want i saw was a predatory pricing policy: 1. get you in a low cost, 2. wait 90 days and raise the price, 3. if you don't call in to discuss, you automatically get almost a 73% increase, 4. you call in and they offer you a deal of $123, a 27% increase. i don't know is many subscription/rental services can get price increase of 73% or 27% but i guess that most companies could not do this without financial regret. i decided that this scheme was used to make you think that you have gotten a great deal when you really just got pumped up another 27% at least. i decided to walk away from the offer and when and picked up my stuff. my advise is that if you see schemes like this, call the companies out on it, because sooner or later they will adjust their approaches due to customer negative feedback. if you are thinking of getting a storage unit, before you do, try this, sell it or donate it, you will probably never need it again and you will be be lighter and happier in the end. $123/month x 12 months is $1476 dollars a year in cost. that's a nice weekend getaway or a new set of tires or just food and basic necessities.

Its ok. It was a real hassle to find two suitable spots. The first Prime place gave me two together, and I signed up. Then a past customer demanded the spot so I got bumped. Went to another Prime location and got spots. Gent there very nice. Driveway to the back where my spots are is really full of dips. Have to very careful with a boat a low prop. Security looks good, gate works well. they do keep upping the rates however. John is very nice at the location... Follow up, I think they are great. John was always very helpful. Will use again if I still have the boats!
