From the moment I filled out the form online I was then contacted by Febreze who helped me understand the rates and just how things work at this location The next morning, we stopped by and met with Fabrice, who was very professional and helpful. He Informed us of the information we needed, and once given to him, he set us up with the right storage unit and gave us an overview of how things work there. He showed us where the moving carts were and helped us navigate the security system to enter the elevator. This place is very secure very well managed very clean and a great pleasure to deal with Looking forward to accessing our storage with their high end security building. Thank you

this is my first time getting a storage unit with CubeSmart and the process was simple and smooth. The person will help me was fab and he did such an amazing job. The only thing I would say is at the time when I was packing my belongings I was locked out of my unit at 6 PM thankfully Fab was still on site and was able to help me in.
