WARNING: Read the contract carefully before renting a unit here. I was quoted one monthly price and later my rate was increased to almost double after only a couple of months. I was also told by the phone agent that the facility had 24-hour access, but after signing the contract and moving in, I found out that was not true. When I contacted customer service, they said they could not refund anything because of the contract terms, even though the information given before signing was very different from what I experienced. Please read every detail carefully before agreeing to anything, especially the pricing terms and access hours.
