I've had a unit here for a year and there is a roach infestation. My belongings are full of roaches now, they don't seem to do anything about itm Never mind the fact that within a couple of months they'll double your rate, despite stating this wouldn't happen so sharply and so soon.

Nerlene ETHIS STORAGE STEALS YOUR STUFF!!! Please do not believe these reviews. Not sure how they’re at a 4.8. My boyfriend got his entire storage emptied out, lock not broken. When the police arrives, the staff says “the cameras do not go far back”. He had over 20k worth of things in the storage. They emptied out the entire thing. Inside job and no one knows anything. Someone else got their things stolen too so now there has to be an investigation. If you have expensive items, do not trust this storage. I can’t believe you can’t even trust a company that you pay monthly for!!!!! HE WORKED SO HARD FOR HIS STUFF, FREAKING THIEVES!!!! Picture below is what he came to! NOTHING!!!
