The rep made sure that i was really getting the right size i needed to downsize from 2 units at separate storage facilities to one. He was very nice and he showed me different units on diff floors to see which location of the units suited me best. The units are extremely clean. U will feel safe and secure knowing rodents and bugs wont enjoy your belongings more than you. There are security cameras on each floor. Outlets are convenient and spaced out appropriately. After storing furniture for a month until my son's house was ready, when we went to remove the furniture, the chairs, sofa pillow, the sofa, and the mattress had molded and mildew smell. All were thrown away. My son had thrown the mattresses in the dumpster before he took a picture of it, but did take a picture of the others. I was told that I would have to move everything out on the 31st and not the 1st, which I thought was appropriate since we rented on the 1st of August. So I did not change the move-out date that I have put on the website but I moved out on the 31st, per the young lady I talked to, and I still got a bill for the next month.
