I would really like to thank Matt, Orlando, and Stephanie at StorQuest Self Storage. While this was a storage facility for my belongings, it honestly felt more like a family. You truly won’t find a better crew. They work incredibly well together and were there for me when I needed them the most, always going above and beyond to help with any storage-related issues I had. They are so welcoming that sometimes I even stop by just to say hello. It’s rare to find a place where the staff genuinely care about their customers the way they do. The pricing is also very reasonable. Another thing I really appreciated is that they provide real, sturdy dollies—not the small ones you sometimes see elsewhere. They have the large 3-by-4-foot dollies that make moving items much easier. There’s also a very large elevator, so you don’t have to deal with the inconvenience of unloading and reloading your things multiple times. The elevator may be a bit old school, but it definitely gets the job done. I truly couldn’t have chosen a better storage facility, and I’m so grateful for all of them. — Cassandra Taylor

We have been with Storquest South for almost 3 years. Orlando and Stephanie have attended to our every need and are both so friendly. We love going there and talking story with them. Stephanie is so funny and makes me laugh, and Orlando has helped us find better units to move to and helped us get through some sticky situations. Bottom line, they have our backs, and we love them for all of their TLC. Mahalo!

Orlando and Cheryl were very kind and helpful in helping me find an affordable storage unit as my rate had increased , like everything else these days. I am happy with the unit, it’s clean and doesn’t smell like mildew and moth balls.

He showed me the storage units available and also gave suggestions to be mindful of when I chose my unit so I could be confident it would suit my needs and I would not be disappointed. Stephanie been a joy to encounter as I am always in a rush she still patiently receives me makes me laugh and brings joy making me forget the busy day I just had. Orlando and Stephanie are a joy to be around and brings comfort to have my belongings stored at Stor quest South; I feel secured.
