Wonderful Storage - Hard to contact

I have been in my unit two plus years now. I would love it if the price was a little lower, but not much we can do about that. What I do find difficult is trying to make payments conveniently. I can't get hold of operations staff for over the phone payment. I was able to make one on-line payment and haven't been able to get back in. Can't get hold of anyone to talk to, to find out how to correct this either. Because there is no tie to my bill pay at my, well-known bank, it takes more than a week to get a payment to the office. If I could get this fixed, I would be at a 5 rating all around.

We had such a great experience using Southside Storage for our storage needs during our long and stressful move.
