The customer service agent, Whitney, was amazing! She was very accommodating, professional and informative. She made sure we understood every aspect of the rental agreement and the amount of our rental space. The office was very clean and welcoming as was the rental space. I would definitely recommend Public Storage at 414 Judd Parkway SW.
