This place is one of the best storage places I have found! Clean units, digital access, responsive office and staff, the ability to access 24/7 if you have the right package, *and* in a great location. You cant really ask for more! *edit* hours listed on Google are not the actual hours. Open at 9:30am - 6:00pm M-F, 9:00-5:30pm Sat, and closed Sun. See photo

Having never rented storage previously and being a senior citizen I was most pleased to have found extra space storage where they are extremely patient, kind and helpful. They actually treat you as a person, not just a number , and take their time answering every question you might have asked three times without rolling their eyes....wow! Great place...highly recommended.

This evening I went to Extra Space Storage 65th Binford, actually it was my first time. I was looking for a small space for storing clothes and shoes. I met Charlie and WOW she was so nice and kind, very professional. I really appreciate it because I have a couple of Big decisions that I have before me, so I am extremely sensitive. Nevertheless, she showed me the space that would be suitable for what I needed. I might add the units and property was very clean!! Charlie even shared how I could maximize the space with perhaps some racks. Thank you. Also, I am claustrophobic (I'm scared to ride an elevator) especially by myself. I wanted to see another spot that was on the 3rd floor, she was understanding and said not to worry she will show me one on the first floor. Nevertheless, the prices are very reasonable/affordable. I couldn't make the deal at that moment, because my card declined, I headed to the bank to rectify the situation. Charlie was very reassuring that it's okay and she will wait for me. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to come back tonight, because I got busy. I gave a courtesy call letting her know. Again, so nice and kind. I appreciate E.S.S. and Charlie, I will be back and look forward to being a new customer. This a P.S. Nathan at another E.S.S. 46th & Allisonville Rd. was also great, he was the one that directed me to a different store because he was out of the size I needed. I also add NATHAN has the BEST VOICE EVER!!
