Rebecca Stulter is the worst property manger. She didn't help me with my unit correctly , shes never in the office because she runs 2 stores and so busy she can't show loyalty to her customers highly don't recommend this store. Units are messed up, not locking correctly and there no there to help you when u need it. She discontinued my services because I had a attitude and I was disrespectful this very awful experience but lucky I found a better location through the same company and its located on Lyhurst if your looking for better service his name is John and he will gladly service you in what ever you need even if he about to close in 5 mins

BAILEY GOSSETTI currently have 3 units here & I love it the maintenance man is wonderful there hours are only supposed to be open untill 10pm I was giving 2 weeks to move a too store 6 bed room house so unfortunately I ended up being there past 10 a couple times I feel like they understood because they never made a big deal about it keys were lost to one of my units after verification of who I was and my unit being mine maintenance had no problem helping me back into my unit this place is a great place to store ur stuff maintenance is wonderful security is wonderful customer service is wonderful the price is wonderful the storage units are Nice and clean and roomy which is just wonderful can you tell me what’s wrong with this place ? Because everything I’ve came across so far has been absolutely wonderful thank you StorageExpress :)

SteveRebecca and her team treat you like family. Nice and cordial all the time no matter the situation. I’ve had units at other places and this by far is my best experience.
