Every step of the process was as close to perfect as it could be. I sent a reservation request on a holiday weekend expecting to hear something back on the next Tuesday. It wasn't more than an hour before I received a call and the process was in motion. Teresa got me set up on Monday morning, July 4th and everything was completed within 30 minutes. This is my first time to rent a storage unit but I was impressed with the facility The only thing confusing was I thought I reserved the unit on line and printed the copy but at the storage office he said I had not reserved it and made a comment to me that another lady had the same problem. Luckily the unit was still available.Full Review

We have rented space for over a year. Doing renovation work, had to empty the house. Mgr is very, very professional and understands when paydays dont fall exactly when bills are due. She has always been very courteous, friendly and professional. It would be great if many more people were compassinate, professional, sincere and willing to help when you are in a tight spot. But that person should not be taken advantage of or treated disrespectfully if she is not able to help anymore than she already has. The management has a job that has to be done & is expected to follow guidelines. Thank you for having fantastic employee.Full Review

Customer service is great.. friendly and very helpful staff. The units are clean and i like that they have indoor as well as outdoor accessible, climate controlled units that are affordable. The rental truck and carts that are available on location make moving your things easy. Process was fast and easy, facility is relatively clean (better than most). Staff is great! She recommended something that was specific to my scenario which made a huge difference in my storage activities. The lot opens early 6am and closes at 10pm which allowed me to make multiple trips in one day. I'm very satisfied with how far things have gone in the past week. There was a clerical error but was quickly resolved when I pointed it out. Credit card was shown only at signing for the space to avoid complications.Full Review

I had to start a new job on the east coast, but didn't have the new place ready for my household items. I decided to box up and store everything that I couldn't take in my car. I put the boxed up items in storage at StorageMart for the next several months. I will come back during the holidays to pick up my items. Don helped with the decision on the size of the storage unit, and he recommended several great open locations within the storage facility. The storage unit was clean, and was in a great location. There was enough room for everything I needed to store and to get to items easily, as I am selling some of the items that I won't need anymore. Thanks!Full Review
