I started my search online to get an idea of storage unit pricing in my local area the day before (yes, I know last minute). I appreciated how all the info from promotions to admin fees, etc were are listed and explained online without me having to call the office to grill the office staff. The service used to actually reserve the unit on the phone could use some improvement. While friendly and courteous on the phone, I was given conflicting info regarding $1 first month and minimum stay required. The office staff physically at the storage unit were awesome!! Mr Derland worked with me to get the unit and all promotions I could without any hassle and also helped secure the box truck that you can use to haul all of your stuff to your new storage unit! The only things you need to use the box truck move-in is full coverage insurance, valid drivers license, and the receipt from the gas refill on the truck. The truck gets 6mpg, but if you drive slow you can conserve gas. All in all, the security of the storage facility, the cleanliness of the facility, they have a bathroom for guests outside the office, friendliness of the staff, 24/7 access, and online payments make this storage facility one of the best out there.
