I received great service and information when I called and when I went in to move in, the best part of that was the courteous, helpful and informative treatment of Mr. T. Ross. An impression of a company is mostly based on the customer service of it employees. CubeSmart on Donnell Drive in District Heights gets an A+ because of Mr. Ross.Full Review

Had a great experience reserving and moving into a unit at the R St CubeSmart. Staff was refreshingly friendly and helpful, offered me coffee, gave a tour of the facility, let me look at several units to find one I liked, etc. etc. I've only had storage units that are "drive-up" so I wasn't sure what to expect from a multi-level building. Everything was fresh and clean. And it was not really an inconvenience to get my things to the upper floors. They have an indoor loading dock (a big help because it was raining and cold), big rolling carts and large elevators. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage in DC.Full Review

I'm coming from out of town and had to move in on a day that cube smart was closed. The manager worked things out for me and went above and beyond. He did my paperwork over the phone, gave me detailed directions, prepped my locker for me, and put my lock inside. He was friendly, trustworthy, and a man of his word. When I arrived, the directions I was given were right on point. There are carts and trolleys available too! The facility was VERY clean, no trash or junk lying around. Security cameras every where. I feel as though my stuff is very secure especially since a code is needed to even work the elevator. I'm extremely happy with my choice.Full Review

I booked my storage online and called the storage to confirm. I told them I was on my way to see the storage and sign my lease. When I got there the staff were very friendly and already had my paper work ready. We immediately went up stairs to view my storage Bin within 1 minute of me walking in. Afterwards I was taken back to the front desk to sign my lease and pay my first month fees. I was done with the whole process within 10 mins. Not only was the staff fast, but professional and friendly. I definitely recommend cubesmart!!!! The storage facility is spotless and the staff are superb!!!! A+++++++++++ ratingFull Review
