We have been here since it opened. It has gradually declined over the years. There is little to no maintenance done despite repeated requests. Snow and ice not mitigated and caused leaking into unit, a parked vehicle frozen in place due to no salting. I had to do my own repairs to door/gutter. There is also no security and little response to security concerns (transient). Unfortunately the office help was not always very polite so I avoided speaking to her when possible though I see others found her quite helpful. The price just keeps increasing yet there is nothing done to facility. I have moved to another facility that is better at providing maintenance services.

This place was the cheapest and greatest that I found in the Northshore. Alicia, the manager of this location was helpful when I booked, and when I canceled my lease. She is a great lady, and is very helpful with whatever you need. Look no further, as for price, they were the cheapest and as for service, Alicia was the best. Climate Controlled, easy access, clean and convenient. They offer free use of their flatbed dollys for your needs.
