Super happy with our experience at this location. We recently moved belongings to this location for the climate controlled units. The process was very easy, facilities are super clean and smell nice. With the recent price increases we were reconsidering long term storage with ExtraStorage but Chuck worked with us to get to a more affordable solution. Thanks Chuck!

A+++++ John was incredibly above and beyond helpful, informative, professional, friendly, and welcoming with my check in and sign up process and gave me a fantastic tour of the premises, troubleshooting any possible concerns or obstacles I could encounter navigating the storage unit or entry and departure. The whole building is spotlessly clean and the elevators are spacious and everything seems to be in excellent condition and very new. The security protocol for entry and exit is user friendly and easy, and the hours are great for going into or out of your unit. The prices are great. They offer $19.99 locks with keys for this unit which you must purchase and I prefer this method to obtaining my own, and they offer free use of push carts to easily load and unload your things and I felt really comfortable right away beginning with the efficient and superb customer service of John, who set my mind at ease with this whole process. His kindness and professionalism and wealth and depth of information helped ease any feelings of being overwhelmed by filling in a whole 10x10 room full of awkwardly balanced items. I recommend this location and ask for John! You won’t be disappointed.

I rented a unit here using a promotional rate. Immediately they required me to purchase their overpriced insurance. After the promotional period, the rate went up significantly to $278 a month. I'm storing some things for my elderly parents that they were not ready to part with when we sold their house. I just got a flimsy postcard notice (which could have been easily overlooked) stating that the rate will increase more than 40% to $398 next month. The only positive is that these units are new and clean. This does not make up for their deceptive pricing strategies.

Assistant manager John assisted us in leasing a storage unit today, and he could not have been more helpful and professional. The facility was also pristine and appeared to be beautifully maintained. We were impressed!
