Everything was great getting the…
Everything was great getting the application done. The representative was great. The ones that helped us. My only recommendation is try to make the website a little easier for people that are not computer illiterate my wife and I worked on computers for 35 years and the website was a little tricky for us.

The process was easy, the reservations representative was very friendly and efficient, and the emails I received contained everything I needed to know. I didn't know what to expect for move-in without a physical representative there, but they made it fast and easy.
