7th Street Storage – Long-Term Customer Review (10+ Years) I’ve had a unit at 7th Street Storage for over a decade now, and that alone probably says everything. If I wasn’t happy, I wouldn’t still be there. Security has always been one of the biggest strengths of this facility. The property feels well-monitored, controlled, and professionally managed. I’ve stored valuable items over the years and have always felt confident that everything was protected and safe. The units themselves are clean, solid, and well maintained. I have one of the larger units located closer to the main entrance, which makes access especially convenient. Being able to pull up easily and unload without hassle is a huge plus. Staff has consistently been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with logistics, or handling account details, they’ve always been professional and straightforward. Another nice bonus is that they also rent U-Haul trucks on site, which makes moving or rearranging storage much more convenient. Having everything in one place simplifies the process. Overall, this has been a reliable, secure, and well-run storage facility for many years. If you’re looking for long-term storage in Saint Paul and want peace of mind, this is a solid choice.

Lost keys in chaos of moving. Movers on way with items for storage. Becky was amazing. No nonsense helpful attitude. Problem solved. Huge stress release.

Rented a storage unit for years from here. Each floor used to be tenet access controlled, but at some point the elevator code entry must have stopped functioning. So anyone can access 2nd floor now- though the building is secure. Overall, renting here was fine. When I called to confirm cancelation of rental I had a very rude interaction with the staff member. I genuinely could not understand her. After repeating herself, I politely told her I was having trouble understanding what she was saying. Rather than try to work through it and speak more slowly- she just hung up on me.

Great resource for anyone who is moving. We are moving in a few days and we ran out of boxes. I was able to get 20 boxes for $49.00 after a $20 off promo. They have tape, packing bubble wrap, and TV boxes. Great local resource for anyone who is moving. Better than a 30 minute trip to a large box store. Two staff members working there very friendly, very helpful, and good personalities.
