I wanted to provide feedback for my experience working with All American Self Storage, I reached out to them about wanting a larger unit ideally on the first floor, it turned out they rented the last one the day before. They did offer an option to rent 2 units that were next to each other on the 2nd floor and provided a discount because of a known issue with one of their freight elevators. That freight elevator has parts ordered but will be down for a period of time as the parts are no longer readily available. To make up for that they offered a discounted price and are applying that for the full term of our lease ( As long as we rent it) which is unheard of. Mike and Angie have been very accommodating, I stopped in and toured the facility, they have 24/7 staffing that live on site, CCTV cameras through out, building had originally been multiple buildings so they have a lot of units of various sizes, the entire facility is fully sprinkled, they had motion sensor LED lights throughout and the floors had a fresh coat of paint, They have a one way drive through that is able to accommodate a semi, they are open 7 days a week 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM. I am planning to secure the 2 storage units on my way home after work! Thanks for the great service so far, I look forward to being a satisfied long term customer.

All American storage was a great place to rent and spend time when I needed to store all the stuff from my mom’s house. It’s warm and clean with friendly staff. I appreciate the ability to drive in and get out of the weather.

Have had a unit here for a while now, probably about 2 years I believe. When I first started coming here, it was really nice. They had plenty of carts, nice drive in garage that was always kept tidy. Lately though, things have taken a turn for the worst. The office hasn't been very helpful when issues arise and now they lock the carts in the office, which isn't ever hardly open and can't be accessed without going outside. Needless to say, I an going to be looking into other places and move our asap unless something changes for the better..
