He explained everything and answered all of my questions regarding the facilities and what to expect w/r/t billing and paperwork. He was a genuinely helpful guy. The process was quick and painless. The absolute best place to store your things for ever. My mother stored things here for 15 years and Ron was always looking for us even when we needed help. He was fair and understanding. After more than a decade I was finally able to get done with the military and find my way to Vegas to close it out!
