Easy no contact storage rental. The door opener on the app is really neat and super handy when your hands are full. My unit was clean and ready once I received a text. Easy process. No complaints. The basement is a like creepy, but there’s lots of security and cameras.

This is the absolutely worst place to rent a storage unit. I run a business. I have not been able to run my business because my storage unit is on the 4th floor and the elevator has been out of service for over 5 months. I have talked to the store manager. The first 3 months it was out of order, I was supposed to get a $25 credit on my account that never hurt. Offering a $25 credit is actually disrespectful when I have lost out of thousands of dollars with my business. I was supposed to get a call from the district manager, but that never happened. The store manager even said that it isn't their fault that i am losing out on business because I have access to the steps. So they expect me to move grills, fryers, and event planning supplies up and down 4 floors. I can't even move out. And those steps they are talking about, well the stairwell is covered in urine, vomit, and what looks like feces. I will be reaching out to the news station to get the word out about this establishment.

Environment: The environment is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The storage units are well-kept, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and professional. Prices: Their prices are competitive and reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and security provided. It’s great value for money! Overall, CubeSmart Self Storage exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and secure storage solution.

I would give this nightmare of an establishment a negative 15 star rating if I could. After getting my rent raised AGAIN, I had to make 15 phone calls to get a 100% incompetent to running a business, Monica, on the phone. She was only helpful in the regard to take 10 dollars off of my “there’s nothing we can do to control the price” rent raise. I told her I was interested in buying myself time to move out of this trash pile. So took her up on the offer. Great. I asked her what CubeSmart would do for me to verify the elevators that never work, would work if I came to move my stuff out, or hired movers to do so, as I am a DISABLED VETERAN, who cannot move an 8x10 unit up the stairs of her own volition. She said “all you need to do is call the store to verify the elevators are working” fine. Today, two days later I arrive to the storage unit to discover the DOOR now doesn’t work. HOW ARE PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO MOVE OUT OF YOUR TRASH ESTABLISHMENT WHEN NOTHING WORKS? Quoted many times by every person I talked to below her in the chain, and her, said to me “use the stairs.” Today when I walked into the stair well (because dare I take the elevator that works today but is at the renters expense when it breaks. She dropped that knowledge on me in our phone call, user beware) to discover the smell and sight of human piss all over the stairwell. You will continue to hear from me cube smart. You have the wrong gal. Monica— quit your job. You’re an embarrassment

I have been renting a unit for nearly 5 years. It has become a regular occurrence now that their elevator is non-operational. They permanently closed the freight elevator. Now the main elevators is constantly down including again today (after I’ve loaded a car with stuff to drop off). Given this is a downtown, multi-floor building the elevator is essential (not a luxury). DONT RENT HERE. It is worse than having nothing at all. Drive a little further and find a professional facility.
