I've been storing my stuff here for a while now and couldn't be happier with the experience. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. But what really sets this place apart is Big T — the owner is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about his customers. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the right unit for my needs and always greets you with a smile. If you're looking for a storage unit run by good people, look no further. This is a very nice facility in the southern highlands area. We’ve been a customer for over 9 years. Shalee is amazing, whenever we need assistance, she always goes above and beyond to help us. The storage is very clean and organized. They’ve updated the gate system a couple of times and it’s getting better with every updates and so does the web based service operations to manage your account. High recommend Extra Space storage!!!!!

We were in a campsite and planned to leave our RV for a couple weeks when we were told by the campsite we couldn’t leave it more than three days unattended. We were referred to the location on Dean Martin Ave and Mark was awesome! He understood our plight quickly got us checked in and has us on our way. We will definitely book here again when we need storage for other things.

I'm writing this review because I received an email from extra space storage requesting it. Facilities are nice no complaints on that. Pricing was great but they waste no time on raising the rental price ince you are in the unit. After about 8 months they have raised the rent price by roughly 54%, most likely because they know it's a pain in the butt to move all of your stuff a second time so they know they have you trapped. So now I'll consider just selling all of my stored belongings and buy new when I get my new place. Thanks Extra Space!!!!
