Rented a truck from Penske in Central Valley California, for a one way, I get a call the day off to tell me they didn’t have the size at that location I had selected. I thought wow you just found out. Anyways I said ok maybe my fault for expecting more out of last minute rushed situations. Then lady on the line offered me a bigger truck which I wanted, for the same price, free upgrade. Lady on the line out of Fresno was so pleasant, friendly yet very professional and accommodating. Then I come in contact with sales lady at the storage In Enterprise; that Lady on the line out of Enterprise was so pleasant, friendly and very professional and accommodating. We hang up, eventually i arrived to the storage place and then couldn’t find my unit so we go across the street to a bigger storage area, go looking around and I’m like I’m asking the Ppl inside. So I go into office and the lady there from enterprise was so pleasant, friendly yet very professional and accommodating. Man o Man! I will be using them again 100% it’s not a coincidence that in two different areas far far away, it’s just a coincidence. Perhaps but I’m willing to bet my whole weeks pay, that they have high expectations and believe that all employees should love their job then they’re happy, like where happy milk comes from lol USE EXTRA SPACE STORAGE I GIVE THEM A 10/10 for customer service. The staff at the facility I went to was great. The price when I moved in was also good. 2-3 months after move in they doubled the price, probably assuming after you do all the work of moving in you will just accept it. If they were up front with the pricing, it would be 5 stars.

The service was impeccable, the girl at the front desk was so helpful and guided me through all my questions. Also when I couldn’t find my unit she took the time out of her busy day too help me in the rain. Made me really happy and will definitely have Extra Space Storage for the foreseeable future because of the great service!

Love this location!! I have always needed storage units for the past 10 years. This location, by far, has exceeded my expectations. 1st off. They are very upfront with cost just ask. Excellent customer service! Much thanks to Courtney for helping me with all my questions, accommodate my every need, adding on units, finding the push carts, and helping me with all transfers or new larger units. They check on the units frequently through out the day. If the main door is locked, don't panic, call the number and they will come back to help you. The facility is clean, well lit, lots of parking. If you find anything not working or not well, tell the staff. They are great at helping! Prices are very comparable and reasonable! The building I am at has AC, very good the items I am storing. Great location! Close to Jones, 215, Rainbow. Thank you all for your help!!
