Extra Space Storage - 3493 - Las Vegas - Flamingo Rd.

I have had two units here. I moved from the first one, into a different building, specifically because I needed to be in the climate controlled building. I understand that climate control is turned off for the winter, and it got very hot a little early this year, but that was now two months ago. These guys have had two months to have the swamp coolers switched on since the first 90 degree day of the year, and we have already reached into the 100's a few times. The coolers have yet to be turned on. I have asked a few times, and was told a few times, that "we are on the list". Most recently one of the employees here told me the issue was that there was a part on backorder. Now I am not stupid, so I asked him if every single cooler in the building took that part. He didn't have an answer. So I asked the other guy the next day when the part would be in. He said there isn't a part, that they were just in line to get turned on. Confirming my suspicion that I was being lied to. Also, the elevator has been finicky the entire time I have been here. It can take five minutes for the sensors to stop going haywire and the door to close. Occasionally it works properly, so i know how long it should take, and it's about thirty seconds. I have mentioned this many times to staff, and it has never been addressed or fixed. And this last time I mentioned it while complaining about the swamp coolers. The guy told me that is how the door is supposed to be. Like I am stupid or something. The place isn't filthy, but it isn't clean either. As soon as I get time, i will be moving my stuff out of this dump. Hopefully the heat doesn't cause too much damage before then.

Easy access.,great location ,eeee Very clean ,Secure and convenient. Manager Darcy is TERRIFIC. She is Friendly , Helpful and Knows her job and does it well. She immediately contacted me after reserving a unit online and when I spoke to her she made me feel so welcomed . We show up and instantly took care of business .She even was willing to accomendate us with a friendly phone call to another location when we asked about discount rather than saying no she gave us the option to choose so we can save money when we walked out to go check out the other location we took two steps out the door and turned around and told her we wanted a unit from her .my husband and I know a good thing when we see it .Darcy is very special she really sincerely went above and beyond to help us and so nice when you run into people like Darcy you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t walk away from them you keep them .Thank you Darcy for your kindness and being so helpful youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re one of a kind and you run a tight ship with class thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s why I had to turn around and be part of your storage community I feel safe with you and am delighted .You deserve recognition .I hope your company reads this because you are a KEEPER !!!!!
