We'd never rented a storage locker before now, so we didn'tknow what to expect. John was a great help through this process, which was quick and easy. I highly recommend this place. It's clean and in a nice neighborhood.

This location has made it extremely easy for me to rent a storage space. I worked with John and he was so nice and helpful! He even made sure I got the best and lowest rate! I feel very comfortable with having my personal items and values here.

I’ve been at this storage facility for longer than I care to admit and aside from a minor issue when I first moved in I have no issues. There is a gentleman named John that has pretty much been running this place since it became extra space and he’s great. Very helpful and goes the extra mile I would give him 5 stars but could only give the facility 4 stars because for as many years as I was with them, never having any issues they wouldn’t ever cut my rate, credit me a month to reward my loyalty all the while offering the same size unit to a new person for 1/2 of what I was paying. You’d think they would work with the long time renters but they don’t.

Oh my the answering guy was Kevin,who directed me to John who said Matt would be there on April 2nd and he was. Matt was so patient of course we were on walkers . He spoke plainly so that us elders could understand all he said to us. . All 3 persons were extremely kind to us we were so tired of packing and sore. Thanks so much 10 out of 10 ratings.

John. Manager. He is the best. When I was in a tight bind to get a storage and on a fast notice , John made my move very easy. Storage units are very close to doors. So easy to move in. Paid four months in advance to save a lot of. Money. If anyone looking for storage I highly suggest this storage facility. Excellent service, clean storage. Can't ask for anything better.
