My storage got broken into a month into renting . Its a new storage thats still developing. The tops are wide open my tv got water damaged when i called them about it they asked me when the last time i came to my unit because units had to be fixed but no reports on my side like why wouldnt you guys ask every renter to check . Also the gate to come in is always open . Only cameras in the weirdest spots not in the hallways . Even after getting a police report etc they still couldn’t give me any info bu they did “ see something “ rent here at your OWN RISK . Then they asked me to leave a review because they wanna win a prize so i told her my experiences she was like welp good or bad just leave one . They dont care about their renters and they rotate workers
Daniel SalasOverall great experience with 6440 S. JONES Extra Storage Space! This one has newer storage units,included 2 floor, and we'll lighten automatically in halls with 24/7 vide surveillance. Spoke with Denise at customer service counter, who was very resourceful and professional in how to accurately assist with the Extra Storage wireless app along with its keyless capabilities....how cool! Really appreciate it Denise! Keep in mind this a very convenient location and one block away from the 215 for easy storage considerations! Thank you too Denise!
