Ernest and George Elliot were super helpful with getting me squared away on the right size storage unit to meet my needs. They showed me the space and discussed the pros and cons of all the options I was considering. They were also transparent about the fees and required insurance. Not to mention just really nice guys. The indoor climate controlled facility is clean and well kept and well lit. I felt comfortable that it was safe to temporarily store some personal miscellaneous items.

Knowledgeable, super helpful and made sure I knew my way to get in and out of the storage walked me through everything and was definitely an amazing example of a great customer experience! I will make sure to recommend this location and this company to everyone I know who is moving to Vegas in the future! So glad I chose this location. Someone wants to clock out early. This guy (idk if he’s the manager or worker), but he wouldn’t let us park inside, saying we will be locked out of the door because they’re closing at 7pm. We got there 20 minutes before & had some heavy stuffs to unload. We told him it’s not even going to take 10 minutes so we should park inside but he refused. He said “you can’t walk 20ft”? Of course I can, but why do you think there’s an area for parking? Also, why does it say you guys will operate until 7pm when we don’t have access as normal hours of operation? He was terrible. He was on his phone the whole time just trying to make us leave asap and got a mad/mean attitude for no reason. We’re the paying customers. Don’t let your anger out on us just because you hate your job.

I just wanted to leave a quick review about Megan and George Elliot at ExtraSpace Storage. Both of them were super professional but still really easy to talk to. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they actually care about helping people and doing things the right way. Everything was handled efficiently and without any issues. I’d definitely recommend working with Megan and George if you need storage they made it a really good experience.
