Jorge Camacho has been an excellent store manager. I'm a bit of a nuisance, and he treats me like I am human and really as if I am not in the way whatsoever. I called about my storage being late and he reminded me that I had a grace period. I came to pay early and after calling he ran right to me. Jorge's attitude and demeanor are what keep me coming back to this specific location. Even to do something as simple as use the bathroom. This has been one of the greatest experiences with storage and I will be forever grateful moving forward. NO CAP!

I realized my garage was getting a bit too crowded after storing all of my holiday decor this year, so I decided it was time to get a storage unit. I wanted space for all the holiday inflatables, boxes etc from both Halloween and Christmas because clearly i've spent too much time at home goods lately... thankfully Jorge was able to help me figure out the size that made sense for my needs plus a little extra in case i decided to declutter a bit more. He was patient with all of my questions and made the process easy and smooth. Thanks again Jorge!

I had a great experience at the 700 E Charleston Extra Space Storage location. The manager, Jorge, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even helped me set up a card on file so my payments are automatic, which makes things so much easier. The facility itself is very clean, well maintained, and feels secure. Jorge provided excellent customer service—he was professional, friendly, and just a great person to work with. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage!

Always an annoying process when you need to move things to storage but here everything went smoothly. The guy at the front (Jorge I think) was very helpful and attentive to what I needed. Most places don't have good customer service but I'll be using Extra Space for awhile thanks to the service.
