The staff here sucks, they are never in the office or doing there job, and it looks like there is nobody even working. I go an buy a storage an arrive at the location an literally no one is in the office and it's 11 o'clock Am ! I'm still can't get my information I need to get access to the unit I bought, an NOBODY IS HERE! someone needs to get more staff working here or something, this is not exeptable for a business, there is no security here on property at all an I been in front of the office for a hour now. And don't bother calling because it will send u to a totally different property. Total waist of time. Get it together,for real

Carol was amazing! I really appreciate her taking the time to help me locate my storage. She was brave because I don’t think I would’ve helped somebody that was a total stranger to me in this day and age. So thank you very much Carol.

Carol saved me from a frustrating morning. After several minutes of fussing with my lock and not getting help from anyone around me, I went to the front office and Carol quickly thought of grabbing a can of oil. She walked me to my storage unit and oiled the lock and key and voila - my storage unit opened and continued to do so weeks later. I still think about her kind gesture to help me even when she was busy herself. I appreciate the great customer service which I have not experienced in any other storage facility!

Carol is fantastic. There was a slight issue with the unit but Carol masterfully took care of it for me, and stayed with me throughout the check in process. Would highly recommend!
