Today Lei one of the ladies that will work at Public Storage helped me today with an amazing unit at an amazing price she went above and beyond to help me she was very polite and knew exactly what she was doing very much. Recommend to call and ask for an appointment with Lei to rent your next unit space. Can’t thank her enough 😁😁😁😁

Lea is of no help. all i hear is excuses. and then gives u a number to call for ur complaints. lol BEWARE, they will sell you on discounted rents but then increases it within 1 to 3 months higher than the previous rate before the discount. SCAM. DONT FALL FOR THE DISCOUNTED RATE because after 30 to 90 days, they increase it higher than the non discounted rate you got it, such a SCAM. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE. PREPARE FOR YOUR STUFF TO BE VERY DIRTY. THEY BLOW THE DIRT AND BLACK ASPHALTH RESIDUE INTO THE STORAGE UNITS TO CLEAN THE PATHWAY OUTSIDE THE STORAGE. I HAVE BROUGHT THIS UP TO LEI SEVERAL TIMES AND ALL YOU GET IS HER UNDERMINING YOU AND TELLING YOU TO COVER THE ROLL UP WITH BLANKET WHICH I ALREADY SAID I DID. JUST KNOW THAT ALL YOUR STUFF WILL BE COVERED WITH LOSE ASPHALT AND DIRT.

On my last visit I couldn't get anything right. The attendant was so very helpful with the problems I thought I had. She took time out of her schedule to go to my unit and show me what needed to be done. Thank you so much for the kindness and patience. You turned a miserable day into a good one. I was looking for cheap storage and found this place. Had some customer service issues I was very unhappy with but they fixed it. As I've said on here more than once, I used to fly around the country teaching customer service. When I get great service, I make sure to say so. When I get horrible service, I really make sure to say that. Plus, of course, when a company fixes that problem, I make sure to say that too. I always used to say, "A company sets their reputation when things go bad as it's easy to have a good reputation when things go well." So, thank you for taking care of the problem......a lot of places don't (I'm looking at you Denny's). Edit 2: Well, I went there this morning to get some of my things, and drop others off, and the elevator was out of order. That's bad enough for anyone if they have a lot of stuff but I'm in a wheelchair so there was zero way for me to access my unit. No idea how long it's been out or when it will be fixed. It takes me about an hour to get there by bus each way so to say I'm very unhappy is an understatement. I was there at 9 am and called and was told no one would be there until 9:30 and someone would call me. It's now noon and I've left 3 messages for them and no one has called me back. Edit 3: I really hate to be a complainer but I just had another incident when I went today. The elevator is broken again (it was fixed when I went back after the last time) and they did change the notice saying there was another elevator. Went back to it and the ramp to is is really steep. Hard to get up it in a wheelchair carrying 2 bags but I made it. Did what I needed to do and got lost trying to find the alternate elevator since there are no signs saying, "This way to elevator." Felt like a mouse looking for cheese in a maze. There are ramps going from one section to another. Well, one of of them, there was a little lip and when I hit it, my wheelchair suddenly stopped and I went flying to the ground. It was so bad, my wheelchair actually flipped over. I've fallen out of my chair a few times in the past and my chair has never flipped like that. I'm in a wheelchair because of my knees and it feels like I have a knife shoved in my right knee 2 hours after it happened. Took a little bit to get back up in my wheelchair. As I was leaving, I noticed a unit on the ground floor that looked like the same size as mine. I left a message for he manager and she just called me back and I asked her about it. She said it would be triple the cost I'm paying now. Can't afford that so I guess I'll keep taking my chances. Edit 4: As I've said many times, a company sets their reputation in how they respond when things go bad. Most are awful at it (looking at you Metro PCS). However, this company stepped to the plate again. However, the local people did a great job setting things right but I'm very disappointed in the corporate office. I keep getting promised a call-back that doesn't happen. Edit 5: Sweet Mother of Jesus. They make it impossible to pay and talk to a live person. It says I'm on auto-pay, I have the money, but it won't go thru. Tried to pay manually and it won't go thru. Tried to call both local and national office and no one picks up and I can't leave a message.

This review is not because I’m happy or pleased with the place or service. This belongs to Sandra alone or Sondra. I don’t know which one is the correct spelling. She is an angel. I’m extremely unhappy and frustrated with what happened with this unit, since our rent doubled from $200 to $415 per month in 6 months time. They never told us it would double so I would never rent If I knew. The claim is that it’s the market value but that’s a total dishonest claim. There is no such thing. They all do this but public storage does it more and quicker than other places. I’m sure whoever does the numbers takes total advantage of one basic principle; people most likely are too busy to move out, or moving costs a lot so they most likely will not move out so I see this as taking advantage of a customer so since it’s my parents space and they are on fixed income, now they go late almost every month. I’ve tried to reason with everyone there but only this one woman name Sandra was able to help me. She was so understanding. We were going to lose the space but she lowered it a little and waved my late fee which I’m sure her manager allowed her so thank them both but these rent increases are very unethical and wrong. If nuclear don’t end humanity, greed will. There are people behind those payments and most likely with some issues and stories which is why they have a storage unit, so please take that in to consideration. People with good lives don’t have storage units usually. Thank you Sandra and manager
