We had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The manager, Genevieve, truly went above and beyond. She took the time to walk us through the facility, discuss our needs, explain all of our options, and offer her honest recommendation on what would work best for us. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and well-organized, and the staff made us feel more like family than customers. We’ll definitely be long-term clients and highly recommend this location!
