Loved my check-in and thoroughly enjoy the managers at this property. But one elevator is broken and the second is down periodically throughout the day and some of the key boxes were malfunctioning. Added 1 hour to my move. That was a significant cost out of my pocket. My movers and I spent 23 minutes (I timed it) on floor 4 waiting for the elevator. That does NOT include waiting to get up and back down on other occasions (each totaled between 5 - 10 minutes. Unacceptable when paying almost $200/month. Please fix this asap! Otherwise, the managers (who are powerless in this situation - I know its building management issues) are wonderful and did their best to accommodate the issues! 5 stars to them!Full Review
