The sign up process was easy and very quick. I went from no spot to site and password in 15 minutes. The spot is very tight, side to side though. You don't get to pick your location and my 38' foot tiffin is wide enough that there is only 2 inches on either side. It did offer a tickle charger option and that was helpful.

This is my first experience with securing covered storage for a travel trailer and I will say, I was very impressed with the BlueGate Boat & RV Storage staff. The initial contact was with a gentleman (name unknown) who was very polite, helpful, informative, and patient in walking me through the process of reserving the right site for my camper. I was then transferred to another representative (Jenny), who was very pleasant and helpful in assisting me is setting up an account on their portal and provided me additional information such as the gate code. All in all, my experience with BlueGate was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of storage facility.

Phenomenal Service and Management! BlueGate in Mooresville is hands-down the best storage facility around. The property is immaculate and secure, but the real star here is the customer service. The manager went completely above and beyond to address a few concerns I had, making things right immediately and with total professionalism. I am so appreciative of how they take care of their people—it’s rare to find a business that treats you like a priority. Exceptional care like this has earned my complete loyalty. Initial set up Locally with Ashley was easy and personal. She showed up on site to make sure that selection I had made was what I wanted. After that, she must’ve left the company and any contact went through email or empty phone call. The connection with India should be disassembled due to the fact you could wait at the gate for an hour if you need immediate assistance. The facility itself is wonderful clean asphalt, running water. I still recommend it but communication needs to be cleaned up a little.
