The facility itself is top-notch. It is spotlessly clean, well-lit, and impressively organized, providing a great sense of security. Plus, the ease of access is unbeatable—getting in and out with a large vehicle is a breeze. Highly recommend this spot if you want a premium, hassle-free home for your boat or RV!

It was so easy to reserve our storage area and set up our account online. We love having our RV covered and protected while parked on asphalt instead of dirt or gravel. There is access to water for a quick wash so we can leave for our next trip clean and shiny! Communicaton and assistance if needed is available by email, text, or a phone call with quick response. I think we will be here a very long time.

Initial set up Locally with Ashley was easy and personal. She showed up on site to make sure that selection I had made was what I wanted. After that, she must’ve left the company and any contact went through email or empty phone call. The connection with India should be disassembled due to the fact you could wait at the gate for an hour if you need immediate assistance. The facility itself is wonderful clean asphalt, running water. I still recommend it but communication needs to be cleaned up a little.

We have rented spaces on and off a number of times and each time have had a good experience. Most recently (yesterday) Shannon was patient with us as we toured the lot looking for the best location for us, answered all of our questions and got us located and checked-in smoothly and successfully. We've dealt with four or five people, and they are always pleasant and helpful. Sometimes (but not the last few times) it took a while to get someone on the phone, but that's the only issue we've had. Highly recommended.
