Louis is all good vibes he’s was so helpful with everything! We appreciate his great customer service which is hard to find now a days. Very clean, unit. Some person had removed the new packaged lock, and the manager handed us a replacement within minutes. The climate control is good for storing temp sensitive belongings. A 4 wheel cart is provided to unload the trailer and transport items into the building. Storage doors are well maintained, easy slide. Lighting in hallway is more than sufficient to view storage area. Everything from my 5' x 8' U-Haul trailer fit within the 10' x10' unit with 25% of the space still empty for future storage. The Mooresville corridor is extremely congested to the east, but access to this facility is easier from the north back roads and drop down to Hwy 150. Accessing the entrance is easy. I plan to have a pod delivered to this facility in the near future to move more items out of Indiana. Rates are very reasonable. Management is very attentive to needs.

My wife and I rented a space from this location. My Irish buddy di a great job at helping us get what we needed. He was polite and patient with the process. I recommend this location!

So far so good. Full disclosure, this is my first month of storage here, but the facility is in good condition and the cost is reasonable. Worth noting, all 3 employees I've had an interaction with have been great... Thanks!
