I wanted to store multiple cars from.my collection in their 30x30 unit but learned that the unit has supports from an old wall that blocks.me from using 2/3rds of the space for cars. Currently waiting to see if management is willing to move the support to allow the full space to be used for car storage. They should not have advertised it for car storage unless all of it is usable but I am willing to wait and see if they will "correct" the issue or I cancel the rental. Will update once I get an answer or a week has passed and I have no choice but to cancel the rental. Here's hoping for a mutually beneficial outcome.

Online process was simple and easy. Front office lady was sweet and did not hesitate to help do a return on the unopen lock they provided that I did not need. Very professional. Storage unit clean and easy access.

I was very happy with this facility when it was SafeNest. I have had a unit for two years. My rent has gone up in reasonable increments until recently and it DOUBLED. Also, the online advertised price for new customers is considerably less than what I am being charged. I contacted Extra Storage and was told there was not a manager available to discuss my concerns. Please note you can not access this location after 10pm. Also, getting someone to answer the phone can be difficult. The staff is friendly and understanding but not empowered.

Great customer service with very easy instructions and set-up. Great for long term and planned, and also great for last minute sticky situations. Either way, give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Used this place for 3 years and the fees go up every month. When a company purchase them the standing customers do not get the option to have the lower online rates. Once we moved our stuff out they kept billing us and we had to go to the bank to stop it after requesting that they stop billing and refund. Worst company around. Started at $65 a month ended at $219 month nothing changed but the company name. Unit never got bigger, never had power, was not climate controlled. Beware of the rude lady that want answer the phone and might call you back two weeks later.
